Throughout our occupation at the storage unit all staff were super helpful and friendly. I would like to thank Kerry-Ann for always responding so promptly and efficiently to all our emails. The only problem we found whilst at the unit was the lifts. It seemed like every time we visited there was one lift out of action. During our move out day the lift was getting serviced/fixed and everytime we called for it the broken lift would come down which would lead and the lift technician being annoying, it definitely lengthened our move out time but I guess these things an unavoidable.
