Overall very good in most respects; my only comment is the variability of customer service. By this I mean that once or twice (not often) the attitude to the client has been either bored or impatient. Also, generally speaking it's good advice to ensure the employee maintains eye contact and does not continue typing or staring at a computer screen (without always making it clear that the activity on the computer relates to the customer).
