Your staff wasn`t helpful at all. They refused to help me with my luggage which was physically impossible for me to take off from the second level storage box they gave me. It is unacceptable to offer your storage when it is physically unusable! Also, they didn`t explain the payment procedure well enough, and they didn`t give me my refund back!!!
