I'm a long-standing customer of Magenta and find them extremely helpful, I wouldn't go to anyone else for storage and always recommend them to others. But we were disappointed to find that a corridor light outside our unit, which was not working in May, was STILL not working when we came on October 28th. As the units have no interior lights, it is vital that the corridor lights are working because you cannot see inside the unit, we had to pull everything out just to locate the items we had come to collect and will have to bring torches next time.
