Helpful staff, lots of parking, good security.
There are occasional problems with facilities (lifts, lights etc) - but staff always go out of their way to sort them out promptly and keep customers informed of progress.
Staff have even organised man with van for me (phoned them up, given them instructions etc). Really great service.
