I chose to register an account after the agent reassured me that they are in fact regulated. Their fee is lower, though, and I was unable to make withdrawals for months because of regulatory concerns, so having a personal assistant didn't work out for me. I didn't solve all of these issues and get my money back until I introduced M-E-R-S-E-Y-H-I-P.C-O-M. So I'm going to pass on this one. I strongly advise against making any kind of recommendation about this firm.
