They will not allow you to withdraw money; the only thing you can do is deposit money and watch as it increases in value. If you do this, though, you will never be able to withdraw any, and if you do so, your account will be blocked. Their customer service is nonexistent, and you will constantly receive notifications about your account's activity. I was able to get my money back from them, and I also made a promise not to go back.
