i had issue with some transactions 🥺 i bought some items from website and they didn’t accept me so they had taken like reservation to refund me its like 5 payment and in MagnumHoldings it had 7days and my money did not comeback to my account with a pending status for a month, i contacted support but no fixing, MagnumHoldings doesn’t know what they are doing 🤦🤦and got me angry to the point that I had to involve an external chargeback company introduced to me by a friend, and it turns out to be the best decision because they help me to get my money back😊.
