Their customer service department did not contact me via phone or email over the several months that my deposits were held; they simply collected deposits.
Their obvious lack of credibility made me believe that this company had deceived many other people as well. I got access to my account when I reached out to "T O N E L I M I T E D.COM" for assistance.
