Colin does an exceptionable job in picking up and dropping off our postage requirements. Always a smile on his face and helpful where needed.
Separate from Colin's service provided is the fuel charge. Understand totally for the reason of charge, but I do not believe it should be on all the charges, example Admin Fee, Parcel Collection, Registered Mail Collection as these are all part of the Pick Up and Delivery fuel charge. Admin Fee does not require a fuel charge.
