Odering on line tends to be very frustratrating. Changes are being made without the customer being informed. For example, yesterday I was unable to sign into the account as my long-standing password did no longer work. I was informed by a person in the ordering department that 'changes had been made' and it is necessary that I change my password. I as the customer do not appreciciate being inconvenienced.
