I’m not quite sure why man crates received lower scores from others, but I have had the absolute best experience with this company. I placed an order and one of the words was misspelled. They very gratefully redid the order, which was large and re-shipped it at no cost. Their customer service was excellent. They communicated with me via email and verbally and were so apologetic.
