Made to feel welcomed by the warm greeting as I entered. Each interaction thoroughly explained to me and checked that I understood what the various process was. Dr. Sal put me at ease with his professionalism and humor. Also, very impressed with their C-19 hygiene protocols as they disinfected everything before I touched it in front of me.
