Professional, thorough, friendly, kind, and patient from the first person we talked to on the phone to the receptionist to the pre-screening woman to the doctor to the billing dept. You took great care with my 90 year mother with a walker and now, based on the results and the excellent feedback, she feels informed and safe and comfortable and relieved about her vision issues.
