Bought a dinner suit. Till person left the security tag on in error. No alarm as I left the store. Discovered tag at home and called the store. Promised a return call by the Manager which never happened. Had to return the item at my expense to get the tag removed. My wife was treated as a suspect because she had an item with a tag attached. No apology from store staff for the mistake. Absolutely awful catalogue of errors and abysmal service.
