My husband and I went into the cafe for lunch. It was very busy but we managed to get a table . We sat eating , and chatting, but I accidentally knocked my full can of coke , to my horror it flue off the table and rolled under the table spraying the coke everywhere. I was so embarrassed, I went back up to the pay area to ask one of the staff for help as I was concerned somebody may slip. She said that she would sent someone over . Within minutes a young lad called Jammie came over with a big roll of tissue and he was so polite and helpful , he wiped everything up , he was so cheerful and even went and replaced my drink. His customer service way excellent . He was smiling and genuinely happy to help. He even explained that he would have to put a yellow warning sign by the spillage for safety reasons . He was truly a nice person who was more than happy to help ..
