Visited Fosse Park M&S food hall today for the first time since lockdown in March. It was the worst environment for safety I have been to. Too many people, numbers NOT being controlled, narrow isles, people too close at the checkout. M&S are putting profit before safety. They need to limit the numbers in the shop at any one time, reduce the range of produce on offer so widening the isles for safety. More signs needed and more staff to advise at checkout. I have shopped at M&S in Alnwick until now which is safer BUT recently has been less so.
