I used to love shopping at M&S, Hedge End, I used to go every Friday, for the food hall. However, since the refurbishment, and the new smart food hall was opened, I am sorry to say I have been only twice because I cannot stand the music that is being played. Normally in a store it would be background music that you can almost ignore but this is not the case in this store. I visited yesterday just to see if anything had changed, and it hadn't, I couldn't wait to get out. Please could you consider that not every-one want's to listen to loud music.
