A Marks And Spencer employee named Becky, in the menswear department at the Hedge End store was incredibly helpful yesterday. I wanted to buy two jackets but they were not available at the store or online. Becky very kindly tracked down these items at the Whitely and West Quay stores who reserved them for me. Five star service even though the payment desk was very busy.
