I purchased goods at a sale but got sick so I could not collect the package. In 7 days it got sent back and I want the order re-sent.
I have 2 complaints:
1) why do I only have 1 week to collect the goods, other packages from postnord has 2 weeks.
2) Ive written 2 emails to their email adress and now 2 weeks later has not gotten any replies.
They dont respond in 48h to emails and I belive they dont want to send my goods again at the sale price. Very disappointed.
