I've taken a star off for the delivery. There was a ball missing, but the package was delivered ripped and taped back up, this can even be seen on the delivery companies proof of delivery photo, which I've included. I don't know if it was not packed originally, as there didn't seem to be any space for it, or lost when the bag was ripped. Until they use a different delivery company I won't be using them again. This is a shame as the wool is very good value for money. To be fair, I didn't contact customer services, felt it would be a waste of my time, so they weren't given a chance to rectify the situation.
