Marriner were quick and efficient with my yarn. They were also very polite, friendly and efficient when I phoned regarding the delivery company and a potential scam which I needed to check. The chunky yarn has been easy to crochet with, but I have yet to start my baby blanket kit so cannot comment on the baby 4 ply although it feels soft in the ball. I'm hoping the pattern will be easy to read and complete.
