I ordered, I paid, you delivered, in reasonable time, in good packaging and nothing missing. I gave an average of 3 stars as there were no dramas to reduce the star, no customer service to increase it as this is what I would expect as standard for internet purchases. Thank you for the Haribos. I have received an email from Mariner asking why I gave a negative review. I did take the time to reply to your email with my explanation but it was 'NO REPLY' (Not helpful) So Mariner, this is what I said, and I stand by 3* review, average star for basic service. Hello. I did explain my 3* review in the review. A 3* to me is in the middle of 1* & 5*, average, nothing wrong, nothing spectacular. For me, the basic standard I expect is I order, I pay, you deliver, and that is what I got. Any more than a 3* is you have given exceptional service, I got basic service. If there was a problem with the order and you had sorted it out, you would have got a higher star rating for exceptional service. I can't rate the yarn, because I haven't used it yet, maybe I will when I have. I’m sorry you see my review as a negative, it wasn’t meant to be. Regards Kate Newey
