I have ordered several times before and goods always brilliant good price good quality but this time I was disappointed and very annoyed lots of knots in several balls of yarn which when knitting having to use knitting needle or cable pin to undo and continue not something I have seen before ever in my years of knitting and not what I would expect from yourselves.
