Absolutely unhappy with the way my order was handled and delivered. Order placed on 25th September by 10.00 am. Most internet based companies despatches orders same day, all orders received by 2.00 pm. My order was only made ready for despatch on Monday 28th September and finally despatched on Tuesday 28th September and finally delivered, only after nemerous emails on Thursday 1st October. Numerous emails sent, no satisfactory replies were received. Not all points in my email were answered. Spend many hours emailing and chasing, wife was totally disgusted and disappointed. Requested compensation, none was offered. Service on the whole unacceptable. Does not look like company values business from customers. Seems will have to find another supplier for our next order.
