Your service and prices are very good. I ordered several patterns, not realising that these do not come as hard copies with any wool order but, when I received my wool within a couple of days, and queried the lack of patterns, I had a reply e mail the same day telling me just how to download them. When living in Devon I used to pop into Shaws in Barnstaple to buy patterns and wool from the shop, so I am still learning my way round the web site. I have always been very happy with the yarn I have used, which is of excellent quality and at a reasonable price.
