Ordering was really easy, order was a bit delayed due to Christmas holiday post but not anyone's thought. Responded to my email in good time and yarn was received shortly after. Good packaging, seems to be good quality (DK yarn) but have not used yet. Yarn feels really soft . Good colour. Good value. Really pleased with product & service. The only thing I'd suggest is that I'd like to see is an estimation of delivery date when ordering. However, Yes I would order again in fact I'm looking already! Good value, good product, good service.
