I love the yarns I get from Marriners as well as the excellent prices. But I'm not sure I will be reordering due to the terrible delivery company you use. Evri, aka Hermes, is well renowned for bad service and they have done it again. They received my order from you on the 11th but kept hold of it till today, 15th. I got an email saying delivery window was 1:30 - 3:30. No delivery arrived. At 5:15 I got another email saying my delivery would be 4:30 - 6:30. It finally arrived at 6:45, delivered by a very scruffy, dirty man in a plain white van. Totally unprofessional. So again I say Marriners are amazing but you really need to change your delivery company!
