The fault for my order doesn't lie with Marriners, but with their courier. 3 "attempted" deliveries were made when I was home all day for all 3 "attempts". When I tried to contact the courier I was either told my order was delivered or there was no record of me making a complaint.
My order has since fallen off the face of the earth so I've put this order down as a loss and had to order yarn from elsewhere as it was a Halloween order.
