I called today for advice with regard to the amount of wool I would need to make a 4ply sweater, as I wanted to make the sweater longer and the sleeves shorter! The person I spoke to wasn't very helpful as he said he wasn't good at knitting and he put me on hold to ask someone. Apparently there is no-one in your company who can give me the advice I need.. I am a new customer and so far have not received my wool yet, so cannot comment on the quality but I must say I am not impressed with the service.
