I ordered knitting patterns as they were not available in my local Shaw's shop in Pontypridd. My first response from you was to say that my order had been despatched from the warehouse. This gave me the impression that I was receiving hard copies of these patterns. Therefore every morning I was expecting the postman to deliver these. It wasn't until days went by that I sent an enquiry as to where my order was. I received a very prompt reply to say they were on e-mail. It would be very helpful if you could clarify how orders are going to be sent. 'Despatched from the warehouse' was very misleading.
