I placed my order on a Friday and received an email next day confirming despatch. When my wool didn't arrive by Wednesday I called and was told in a very high handed manner that dispatch wouldn't have taken place till Monday and to ring again on Friday if it still had not arrived.
I am very pleased with the wool and will definitelet re- order again. My only negative comment is with the lady on the phone who made me feel stupid for expecting my parcel so soon. May I suggest you do not send out despatch advices until the actual date of despatch.
