I use Marriners a lot and the yarn is excellent value for money. When ordering this time I had to phone the office as a lot of the yarn wasn't coming up to add to my basket, also it didn't say "out of stock" so I assumed there was a problem with my computer. The staff are always very helpful and it was the case this time too but the yarn I wanted was out of stock with no idea of when it was coming back! I found this very frustrating as I was trying to get a postage paid order and ended up buying some yarn I didn't necessarily need at the moment! I will definitely buy from them again but find it annoying when I can't get what I need, when I want it, and it has happened several times now!
