First of all on the website it stipulates all orders placed before 2pm will be listed the same day. Mine wasn't. On the website it stated quite clearly. All of our UK orders are sent via Royal Mail,Parcel Force and DPD. I was expecting tracking information to be emailed to me notifying me of which method of Delivery would be used. Non came. I had to ring to get them to give me the tracking information.
In general not a good experience. I won't be using again. In general a very poor service in my experience.
