The yarn is knitting up very well, but I would point out that on opening the plastic bag containing the wool there was an awful smell of fish. The wool smelt of fish for a while, but on leaving it out in the room the smell went, and it is not there now. However, it was rather 'off-putting' at first. Maybe the bag had been in contact with fish somehow.
