I never received my order. Hermes said they never received the parcel so couldn't help me. I phoned Marriner but the trainee said there was nothing she could do because as far as she was concerned, they had sent it.
Very disappointed, this was my first, of what I expected to be regular future orders.
I certainly would not feel confident ordering from them again.
I shall be requesting a refund from PayPal.
