The quality, the range and the prices are excellent. The part that lets you down is the delivery. My last order (57230) was ordered on Sunday 2 April and you e-mailed me on Monday 3 April to say that it had been despatched. No tracking details whatsoever were given, so I waited in all day Tuesday, then all day Wednesday and the parcel finally arrived on Thursday 6 April at 1.20 pm. On the parcel label it confirmed that the carrier collected on Monday at 12.33 so for the parcel to take over three days to be delivered in this day and age is very disappointing. It would help if some tracking details were provided.
