Ordered some super chunky yarn and delivery was reasonably quick within 2 working days by Royal Mail second class. Yarn was super cheap and good quality for the price. Really easy to knit with with no knots. There were a few splits and frays but nothing major. The colour of the yarn was nowhere near the photo on the website. I ordered yarn in 'storm blue' which shows a grey undertone on the website but is more a navy blue in real life. Saying the reason for this is variations in screens is just a poor excuse. Come on, we don't live in the 90s and looking at other reviews I'm not the first one to mention this.
