Prices and delivery are good, but quality of the 4ply coned yarn is poor. The yarn is lumpy and split and sometimes broken throughout the cone. Several members of my knitting (Facebook group, so country wide) have made similar comments to mine. Two people have found a dark colour plied in with lighter colours on segments of the yarn. We used the cones for Machine Knitting so faults like the above are difficult to spot. Many people are not buying anymore. Would love to buy more, but not until the quality improves
