Very happy with the service and delivery was very prompt. Normally buy my wool at local store but it's easier to order direct. My only criticism you need to stock higher quantities especially of the white 4ply cones. Machine knitting is having a revival and it's such a shame that I have to order from elsewhere in England when you are on my doorstep in Wales.
