I must admit although i was absoloutley thrilled with my first order, i was very disapppointed with part of my second order. the main reason for placing the order was for the very very pale pink i had received in my first order, which is very difficult to get in the shops but perfect for dolls faces. I was so delighted to recieved in my first order that i ordered a further 5 balls. However what i received was a very different colour, more like a light dusky rose and totally unsuitable for my purposes. On speaking to the girl in the office I was told it was just a different dye lot, I explained it wasnt even close. I was told it was the palest they had and i could send it back for a refund. As that would cost almost as much as a refund I shall keep it, but will not place any further orders for colours which must be specific, such a shame as I must admit so far I have found their wool to be good quality and very good value
