The quality of your yarn is very good - I particularly like the DK with wool @£1.50 and the ARAN with wool @ £5.95 . The Claret colour is not available in DK with wool and it is a popular request for me to knit, so I use the 100% Acrylic which is all I can do. However, I have found 2-3 knots in the ball that I have just used. I am pleased with the catalogue you sent me and suggestions to increase your range would be: ARAN with wool in CLARET DK with wool in CLARET, PEBBLE . Your Brown yarn was not dark enough for one of my projects. My parcel got lost and staff at your end gave me differing information. Now resolved, might renew my needles soon!
