Firstly you should also have an option for me to tell you what doesn't make me happy - how do you propose to improve if you only ask for the good?
I don't like the fact that sometimes balls have small knots in there where one yarn has ended and you've tied another on to make the ball - it ruins good work! I also don't like the fact that you offer only a knitting pattern, I don't knit I crochet but you don't offer a choice.
I do like the colour range, the pricing, good delivery times.
