I placed an order over the internet. The wool was packaged very nicely and was good quality and excellent value for money. The only minor criticism is that on the website it advertises same day dispatch. I placed my order around 9 pm on the Friday and it did not arrive until Wednesday, after having been dispatched on the Monday
