Great prices, like the wool. Would like to see some more softer shades too and 4ply. Love free delivery....however.. Very disappointed at the length of time from order to delivery. I ordered in good time for a workshop I was attending on 10th March. This order did not arrive until 12th, so had to buy my requirements all over again, and now consequently have a surplus order. Surprised to see it arrive in a huge box too. Would it not be cheaper and easier on the environment to vacuum pack it? Also it would then go through most letterboxes too. Seems an expensive waste of resources for you to pack like this.
