the delivery and dispatch are very good but had to lower it down to just a good as i ordered 11 balls of mixed colours of wool in my last order as i do comissioned knits for people, and I had already knitted 2 of the tourquise double knitting balls which were as they should be. But i then went to knit the Saxe blue double knitting balls that I had bought and they were not of the double knitting thickness that they should have been they were more a 4ply thickness which was very annoying as this was a customer order which knocked out the whole pattern as the tension was all wrong. Due to this incident it has made me very ware of ordering any more yarn from you Regards Wendy
