First time I have ordered. I received the wool within two days. The wool looks very good I ordered dk, chunky and midget but not happy with the midget ones. I ordered 2 of 7 colours. A couple of them don't look as though it as been wound properly so are loose. Apart from that I am very pleased with the wool. Will order again
