I needed a blue 4ply for a school uniform but unfortunately it was not quite right, I emailed to ask if I could exchange the yarn and had a lovely email back from Gareth explaining I could .Sent it back on Monday 30th July now waiting for replacement.Waiting to start my granddaughter’s first school cardigan .
