A little bit of a mix-up with the delivery method as, when I rang to enquire when I would receive my yarn, the person I spoke to could not find a trace of the delivery date with Hermes. A replacement lot was sent via Hermes which arrived two days later. Then a day later my original order arrived via Royal Mail which had taken almost a week to arrive. I have spoken to Mariner and paid for both deliveries and look forward to knitting up a storm!
