Not at all satisfed as I am yet to receive my order of Knitting pattern which I enquired about on Monday 20th and I note that money has been taken from my Bank account.
I was told by the person answering the telephone they would look into my complaint as I was informed by Email that pattern had been sent from warehouse to my address and nothing was said that it would come by Email as I was told by phone
